Real World Training
Our instructors bring a wealth of knowledge and years of experience in software product management, design, engineering, and project management to each class. With that experience, our instructors go beyond presenting the materials and facilitating the exercises by sharing their practical experiences, encouraging participants to share their experiences, and offering real-world pragmatic approaches to solving common product development challenges.
Our experienced Agile coaches customize their approach to the needs of each client, but generally start with an assessment of the organization, development of a training plan, training, and ongoing coaching with the team until they feel they are ready to move forward on their own.
What Participants Are Saying
This was probably the best training course I have ever had.
…I usually don’t talk much in training sessions but found it very easy to ask questions and offer info about our group…
Jim did a great job of bringing the materials to life with real-world examples. He not only answered our questions but he wove the answers into the material….. great instructor
